Tropic Seal is a smooth and seamless company to work with. You will find us courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. We have great pride in our processes and a healthy respect for our new and long established clients. The owner meets with all prospective clients to generate the necessary proposal and answer any questions that might arise. We will provide a full and comprehensive verbal analysis of your particular project, the tenets of which will be detailed in your proposal. The area will be accurately measured and stated on your proposal. If you so choose you will receive an onsite estimate of your project or you can wait for the email proposal which only takes a day to process from our office. We do not require deposits in 95% of the proposals provided. We are fully licensed and over insured. Upon project completion we issue an invoice for payment.
In many cases with past clients or their referrals we are contacted while they are still in their northern residences and request services to be completed prior to or upon their return. No problem ! This is part of our smooth and seamless philosophy. We simply exchange a few emails and voila.....project completed. We recently contracted for and completed a driveway strip out at a Lely Resort residence. The owner was at his residence in Switzerland. The project was stripped out due to a previous faulty contractors seal job. Tropic Seal returned the driveway pavers to new. The owner was shocked upon his arrival to see his "new" driveway. We never met the gentleman until September 2013. In any event enough writing of the "commercials". We are greatful for his trust and confidence. Many more like this !
